On Sunday, Swedish player “Sluuut123” won his or her second 888poker XL Inferno event of the week and received a bonus of $1,000. If the Swede can get another victory in the upcoming days, they will get a new bonus of $10,000!

Sluuut123” tried to win another one on Day 5 but didn’t manage to get a cash. Let’s see who were crowned winners.

At 20:00 GMT, the XL Inferno #14 – $40,000 R&A Event started with 361 players. During the first hour, players did 350 rebuys and 178 add-ons to create a total prize pool of $44,450. For the winner, there was a first prize waiting of $8,530 and a ticket for the Champion of Champions event next week.

After several hours, the tournament reached the final table. “velkommeninn” ended in 10th place for $578. Every finalist secured themselves of $738 – the amount “Life0nMars” received for a ninth-place finish. “marioallin” and “ryguy12345″ busted in eighth and seventh place, receiving $1,000 and $1,445 respectively.

“_Antikk_” from Germany finished in sixth place for $1,889, while “Farrugia_1″ got $2,489 for fifth place. Canada’s “guydeet39″ received $3,556 after busting in fourth place and Romania’s “fu2.10″ ended up in third place for $4,677.

The final heads-up between Sweden’s “cuadrado12″ and Belarus’ “GoFighTer” was won by the latter mentioned who secured him or herself of $8,530. The runner-up had to settle for $6,334.

XL Inferno #15 – $15,000 Mini R&A Event

The other winner on Day 5 came from the XL Inferno #15 – $15,000 Mini R&A Event. In this tournament, players could buy in for $5 with the option to rebuy and add-on. In total, there were 1,159 players, 1,247 rebuys, and 517 add-ons to create a prize pool just a couple bucks shy of the $15,000 guaranteed, so there was a bit added.

The first prize of $2,589 went to Brazil’s “Ov3rTiLt” who was crowned the winner after eight hours and six minutes. “YAMAHA1311″ finished in second place for $1,875.
